Cash counters at all CMWSSB counters in Chennai to be opened on weekends to help public

Formed in the year 1978, CMWSSB or Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board is a statutory board of the TN government. The latest news is that the cash counters at various CMWSSB offices would be opened on Saturdays and Sundays in February and in March. This would enable the customers to pay taxes and charges.
To avoid surcharge for late payment of taxes, consumers can pay their dues at head office that is functioning at the Urban Administrative building, 75, Santhome High Road, MRC Nagar, R.A. Puram, all area offices and depot offices before 31st March.
