Action has been initiated to a lot of Rs. 1 Crore to the National Scouts Movement.  Due to the hardships created to the academic field by the raging coronavirus due to which the schools/colleges were kept closed as preventive action. 9 precious months of academic sessions have been lost and hence certain changes are to be brought about in this years (2020-21) Public Examinations. We have discussed with the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister in this regard about the changes to be adopted. Further, we have sought all the opinions and suggestions from the parents of the students, teachers and the academicians.

The Pubic Examinations for this year will be in the easiest/simplest form as eagerly expected by the students and the teachers. As the Legislative Assembly Elections are also scheduled, we are planni9ng on the dates for the Public Examinations. After a thorough review with the Chief Minister regarding the changes proposed for the Public Examinations this year, a detailed announcement will be released. The parents of the students desire that all the secondary and higher secondary schools must be opened. An announcement will be made shortly regarding this as well.

The schools were reopened recently after a 10 months break due to the raging coronavirus pandemic. Due to the heavy loss of academic sessions, the syllabus for the 10th Standard and the +2 students has been reduced by about 40%.
