Director of Matriculation Schools orders action on schools demanding 100% fees payment!

The Director of Matriculation Schools has ordered action on schools that have demanded 100% payment of fees.
As all of us are well aware, lockdown imposition throughout the country was announced in the 1st Phase on 24th March as a preventive measure against the raging coronavirus pandemic. Because of this, all academic institutions also stopped functioning.
Subsequently, some private academic institutions have been conducting classes online.
As the lifeline of the public of the country has been extremely severely affected by the prevailing coronavirus spread and the lockdown imposition, the central/state governments, and the Courts have ordered that undue compulsion to pay the school fees must be avoided.
In this situation, information/complaints have been received that most of the private schools/academic institutions have been pressurizing the parents of their students on the payment of fees for the outstanding fees for 2019-20 and the fees for the academic year 2020-21.
In this situation, with many of the private academic institutions/schools demanding 100% payment of the fees before 10th August despite the Court Orders, the Director of Matriculation Schools has ordered the collection of complete details of the schools/academic institutions as above and to take necessary action on the concerned schools.
