100% Lockdown strictly followed! Chennai Metro City looks deserted totally!

With the ultra-strict monitoring of the lockdown imposition monitoring in the areas in Chennai Metro City under the jurisdiction of the Chennai Metro Police, the entire Chennai Metro City including all major roads wore totally deserted look!
During this 5th Phase of 100% lockdown imposed in 4 districts in the State of Tamil Nadu, it had been announced that a very strict 100% lockdown impositions will be enforced without any relaxations and monitored closely especially during the 2 Sundays of the lockdown period from 19th June until 30th June.
Accordingly, Right from midnight (dawn of 19th June, Friday), all the areas in the Chennai district under the jurisdiction of the Chennai Metro Police and the other 3 districts (Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, and Thiruvallur) 100% lockdown was enforced. With the citizens remaining well-confined in their residences, the roads and streets wore a totally deserted look!
The police warned the youth in the Pulianthope area who did not wear face masks and violating the lockdown conditions and seized more than 50 2-wheelers. The police warned a person who took a video of the seizing of the vehicles and sent him away!
