Increase in the class 10 public exam centres now in TN

Earlier the number of test centres for class 10 students was just 3825. Now, the number has increased to 12,690.This has been done for the purpose of social distancing among the students who write the examinations.
Each exam centre would have just 10 students for the sake of social distancing to prevent the spread of Corona virus. During the public examinations, both students as well as teachers would get face masks distributed.
From 15th June to 25th June 2020, class 10 public examinations would be conducted in TN and it is now said that over 2.5 lakhs teaching as well as non-teaching staffs would be deployed.
The schools would be providing hall tickets and facilities would be made for downloading the hall tickets. This was as per the release. For the students in the containment areas, the hall tickets would be delivered at their homes. This was as per the government of TN. During the exams, 46.37 face masks would be distributed to the teachers, students and officials.
Important point is if the exam centre is located in the containment area then an alternative exam centre would be given in a safer area. For the students who live inside the containment zones, special centres would be set up.
For the class 11 and class 12 pending examinations, same initiatives would be taken to make sure that social distancing is present at the exam centres. Transportation facilities would be arranged for the students by issuing e-passes. Precautionary steps would also be taken during the answer sheets correction also.
