Coronavirus prevention guidelines to be followed in IT industries!

The Central Government has announced earlier that all mini/micro/medium/small industries located in areas other than the containment zone can resume functioning with 335 workers.

In this situation, the Department of health of the State Government of Tamil Nadu has released the guidelines to be strictly followed as action against the prevention of coronavirus spread:

  • The tracking contacts fort eh virus spread must be monitored through the surveillance camera installed at the entrance.
  • Unwanted/unnecessary visitors MUST NOT BE ALLOWED.
  • In the eating places, social distancing MUST BE OBSERVED and also, eating plates of the ‘once-use-and-throw’ type must be used.
  • The body temperature of the workers MUST BE TAKEN AND MONTORED EVERY DAY with the Infra-red thermometer.
  • In order to avoid xcessive crowding during the shift changing periods, a gap of 30 minutes MUST BE INTRODUCED between 2 shifts.
  • Employees wearing face mask MUST BE MANDATORY.
  • Arrangements MUST be made for the employees more than 55 years old and parents of young children to work from home.
