Metro station to come up near Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai

There are many residents belonging to Chennai city who go to the highly famous Sathyam Cinemas in Royapettah to see films. These people would feel delighted to hear this.
A metro station would be coming up near Sathyam Cinemas and by this many people who go to this theatre to see films would be benefited. This is in an effort to link places that city resident`s frequent.
On the Whites Road, this upcoming metro station (part of the metro phase-2 project) would be located. This metro station would be a part of a corridor that would link Madhavaram and SIPCOT. This upcoming metro station would be connected to Thousand Lights metro station that is now functioning.
It was later mentioned by some officials belonging to CMRL that land has been identified in Whites Road where the new metro station’s entry and exit points would be present.
Just a few minutes of time would be needed for the commuters getting down at this upcoming metro station to go to Sathyam Cinemas. Phase-2 would connect several stations across Chennai and the filmgoers who now take cabs or drive to the theatre could use the metro to reach this theatre easily.
As a part of the stretch between Madhavaram and SIPCOT, this upcoming metro station falls between Gemini and Royapettah Government Hospital and it would be an underground metro station with 2 entry and exit points. An official revealed that there would be travelator because the metro station would be located close to the present Thousand Lights metro station.
