From today, Chennai to get light rains

Over the last 2 days, city of Chennai has been experiencing mild rains is known.
The weathermen have predicted that in the next 2 days, Chennai would get light to moderate rains. It must be noted that beginning this week heavy rains is likely to occur in TN including Chennai city and this was as per the weathermen. The condition of the sky is likely to be cloudy and light to moderate rains is likely to occur in some places. This was as per the IMD. The maximum temperature is likely to be around 33 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be around 25 degrees Celsius.
It is now said that the consistent flow of easterlies and north-easterlies would be one of the factors for heavy spells of rains. Between 29th November and 2nd December, there might be heavy to moderate rains in Chennai.
Point to be noted is the rains over Chennai would subside thereafter but the southern districts would continue to get moderate rains with few heavy spells until the first week of December. At present, TN is having a deficit of 11% and Chennai 39% but the weekend rains might push the state’s rainfall to a surplus. The deficit in the Chennai city would be brought down.
