TNPSC Group-1 Main Examination Date changed

The Group-1 category Main Examination conducted by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has been postponed to the 2nd week of July. In a notification on this regard released by the TNPSC Secretary Nandhakumar, it is mentioned:
‘It had been announced earlier that the preliminary examination for the Group-1 category for filling up the vacant posts will be conducted on 3rd March. This preliminary examination will be conducted as scheduled. However, it had also been announced that the Main Examination would be conducted during the last week of March and the syllabus for the same would be released later.
Accordingly, the syllabus for the Main Examination under the Group-1 category has been released in the TNPSC website - www.tnpsc.gov.in.
As it was decided by the TNPSC authorities to give some reasonable time for the candidates to prepare for this examination, the dates of the Main Examination has been revised to be conducted during the 2nd week of July.
