Passport application gets easier with popping new centres

Passport application gets easier than ever before! As there are 12 post office passport Seva Kendra Units including the one at GPO, Chennai, head post office at Arani, Ranipet and Kanchipuram, it has become really easy do the process of passport verification and pay the required fee. These are among the facilities that were launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at Madurai inauguration.
The GPO centre shall work for the North Chennai residents. This centre was launched after Regional Passport Office expected the postal department to figure out post offices to set up Kendra. The new units shall be functional as Passport Seva Kendra under the RPO.
