Online tickets being sold for the Thiruvannamalai Deepam festival

As per the schedule, in the famous Thiruvannamali Deepam festival celebrated in te Lord Arunchaleswarar temple, the `Bharani Deepam` will be lit at 4.00 AM on 23rd November in front of the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Lord Arunachaleswarar and the ‘Maha Deepam’ will be lit on the peak of the 2668’ mountain.
The online tickets for attending the lighting up ceremonies of Bharani Deepam and Maha Deepam as above are now being sold online. According to the arrangement, only 500 tickets will be sold at the cost of Rs, 500 each for the Bharani Deepam lit before the Sanctum Sanctorum of Lord Arunachaleswarar. For the Maha Deepam lit on the peak of Thiruvannamalai mountain, 1000 tickets will be sold at Rs. 500 each and 100 tickets will be sold at Rs. 600 each.
Those interested in Special Darshan tickets have to visit the website www.arunachaleswaratemple.tnhrc,in and get the tickets from 11.00 AM on 21st November morning.
To procure the online tickets, Aadhar details, mobile phone number, and e-mail ID are mandatory. 1 ticket will be issued per 1 Aadhar card. Once registered online, OTP will be (one time password) will be received on the mobile phone. Register the OTP and download the ticket. While coming for the Darshan, bring this ticket and the original Aadhar card.
