Quarterly exams conclude tomorrow (22nd September)

The quarterly examinations conclude tomorrow (Saturday, 22nd September) in all schools in Tamil Nadu. The schools are scheduled to reopen after the quarterly (Navarathri) vacation on 3rd October.
As per the Tamil Nadu State Government syllabus, the 1st term or the quarterly examinations are in progress in all the government and government-aided schools with classes from 1st Standard to +2.
The quarterly examinations commenced on 10th September throughout the state in the government and government-aided schools. As of now, most of the examinations are over. As today (Friday, 21st September) is the day of the Islamic festival Muharram, it is a government holiday.
The quarterly examinations are scheduled to complete tomorrow for all classes up to +2. The quarterly vacation has been announced to start on 23rd September.
The school education department officials informed that the 2nd term classes will commence with the reopening scheduled on 3rd October.
