These personal hygiene tips are very important and must not be ignored

Proper hygiene is very essential and without that healthy living would not be possible is known. Personal grooming as well as personal hygiene is important to overcome any illness in us. It is worthy to note that bacteria, virus etc would be prevented from entering our body when our personal hygiene is maintained well.  By this we could escape from getting many diseases. Hygiene is nothing but the set of practises performed by a person so that his/ her health is preserved.

There are few tips for personal hygiene that must not be ignored by us for our good health.

Frequent washing of our hands:

This is one of the most important tips for personal hygiene. Our hands have lots of germs and it is important to keep our hands clean. Washing hands regularly with soap and water is superb.  Alcohol based sanitizing gel could also be used for washing hands.  

Regular bathing:

Dead cells could be removed from our skin by scrubbing our body with soaps or body wash etc. By regular bathing the germs, dirt and sweat present in us would be eliminated plus it gives fresh look.

Brushing teeth twice a day:

Most of us brush our teeth just once after getting up from the bed. It is said that we must brush our teeth atleast twice in a day so that our mouths could be free from bad smell plus gum diseases could be prevented. Flossing and tongue cleaning are very important.

Finger and toenails to be cut:

Dirt and germs get accumulated in our long nails and could harm our health. By cutting nails regularly we could prevent hangnails, breakage etc apart from being neat and clean.

Old razors to be discarded:

Many men use old razors to shave their face and this could help the germs greatly when there is a cut. So discard old razors and use new ones frequently.

Use deodorant regularly:

Most of us sweat and this could create bad smell. By using deodorant regularly we could avoid this bad smell. This is an important personal hygiene tip for smelling fresh. Natural and aluminium free deodorants could be used instead of conventional deodorants also and it would be good.

Wash hairs regularly:

It is essential that we wash our hairs twice or thrice a week. This would be superb for our personal hygiene.  

Choosing a proper face cleanser:

It is necessary that we should wash our face atleast three times a day. For this choose a face cleanser that would suit the skin. Avoiding products with high alcohol content would be good. It is important to note that makeup must be removed fully before sleeping and this could be done by using a good and suitable makeup remover.
