Gnanadesikan and Atul Anand reappointed by the Tamil Nadu government

The former Chief secretary of Tamil Nadu state government K. Gnanadesikan and the former Director of Minerals and ores Atul Anand have been reappointed by the state government.

K. Gnanadesikan was appointed as the Chief Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Government by the former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the year 2014. When Jayalalithaa reassumed office as the Chief Minister in June 2016, Gnanadesikan was transferred from the post of Chief Secretary. Later, he was suspended from the state government post.  Similarly, the secretary for minerals Mr. Atul Anand was also suspended from his post.

In this scenario, the suspension both these officials has been withdrawn and they have been appointed to new posts. K. Ganandesikan belongs to the cadre of the Additional Chief Secretary has been appointed as the Director of the Anna Management Training Centre.

Similarly, the suspension of Atul and has also been revoked and he has been appointed as the Commissioner of the Department of the Backward Community Welfare Development.
