TN officials’ shuffled

The state government on Tuesday appointed J Kumaragurubaran, joint secretary, industries as director of information and public relations, ex-officio joint secretary and MD, Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation.
He replaces Mahesan Kasirajan who is now posted as MD, Tamil Nadu Sugar Corporation.
The government appointed Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation managing director K Maharabushanam as Salem district collector, replacing Hanish Chhabra, who is now deputy Erode collector. Vellore collector Rajendra Ratnoo has beensecretary of the industries department. The department`s deputy secretary R Nanthagopal is posted as Vellore collector, while Tuticorin corporation commissioner V K Shanmugam is posted as posted as TN Medical Services Corporation MD, and Erode collector S Madumathi is now Tuticorin corporation commissioner.
