Melt-in-the-mouth Milk-unrefined sugar momo (kozhukkattai)

Take a wide vessel and add the raw rice flour, salt, and the ghee and mix thoroughly well. Add boiling water gradually and knead the flour mixture into a smooth soft dough just as done for making chapattis.
