To be fit and not over weight avoid these inflammatory foods

No one likes to get criticized by others for being over - weight and we all want to look fit and healthy. It is well known that being overweight leads to many health issues in both men and women.

It is now said that people must avoid certain inflammatory foods as these foods release certain hormones in us thereby leading to weight gain. These inflammatory foods to be avoided are

Avoid taking dairy products - It is now said that avoiding dairy products would keep a person fit and healthy. The dairy products like milk, butter, yogurt etc belongs to ‘inflammatory foods’ category. When these dairy products are consumed it creates inflammation and results in the release of hormone that leads to weight gain.

Avoid artificial sweeteners - It is now found out that consuming artificial sweeteners would lead to inflammation and finally increase in the weight.

Avoid pork based foods - People consume pork based foods and bacon is known. Apart from being high in fat content these foods also cause inflammation in us and then would finally lead to weight gain. So these foods must be avoided.

Avoid eating white bread - Compared to brown bread white bread has greater levels of starch and is harmful to health. This white bread when taken could leads to inflammation in us and releases weight gain hormones.

Avoid consuming vegetable oils - This consumption of vegetable oils plays role in increasing weight gain in persons due to inflammation and it must be avoided.
