Chennaites can ply on minibuses soon

It was already announced by the Tamilnadu Government in the assembly proceedings that mini buses would be introduced in the city. The service is expected to amalgamate diverse styles of transport and also help residents in the interior part access bigger bus stops and railway stations with effortlessness. The mini buses which will be green in color will shuttle on 100 routes. As of now 40 mini buses are ready to be operated. This will be commissioned once the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa gives her nod.
Residents in many parts of the city have welcomed the move.
