An exhibition of paintings and sculptures by four artists from Pondicherry has been hosted by Dakshina Chitra. The works of artists K. Saravanan, P. Radja, D. Saravanan and P. Saravanan are on display. The exhibition will be on from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from July 19 to 30 at Dakshina Chitra, Muttakadu.
P. Saravanan’s paintings mostly comprise cheerful children in bright colours while P. Radja’s are abstracts done in delicate lines. D. Saravanan has done metal installations with welded junk metal pieces. Known for his figurative works, K. Saravanan participated in the largest painting done for the Limca book of records.
