Traffic and parking arrangement for IPL days

With over 40,000 spectators expected to attend the IPL (Indian Premier League) cricket matches at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium at Chepauk, Chennai Traffic Police have announced alternate traffic and parking arrangements that will be in place on match days.
Parking for V car passes (bearing V) will be at Victoria Hostel. W car passes will be allowed to park at Warden Hostel, T car passes at TNCA, P car passes at Pavilion, R car passes at MRTS, M car passes at MCC and B car passes at Pattabiram. For those who do not have passes, parking has been allotted at the Marina Beach Service Lane.
Canal Road will be a one way with the entry from Bharathy Road. Those with V, W, P and T car passes will be allowed. Bells Road will also be a one way with the entry from Bharathy Road and not Wallajah Road. However, after the match, Bells Road entry will be only from Wallajah Road.
