Registration for admission to LKG class under RTE commences tomorrow

The registration for admission to LKG class under the RTE (Right to Free Education) commences tomorrow (Friday, 20th April).
As per the RTE, the non-minority private schools will have to offer admission for free education at a 25% quota for LKG or 1st Standard Classes.
This registration procedure for admission to the above classes has been converted as an online procedure from the year 2017.
The online registration for admission as per the 25% quota above for this year 2018 commences tomorrow (Friday, 20th April).
The online registrations will have to be made before 18th May.
Arrangements have been made for the parents to register their details on the official website of the Department of Examination, www.dge.tn.gov.in
The state government department of school education has informed that for the students from the rural or village areas, arrangements have been made for online registration in the respective private schools, Regional welfare/development centres, and the offices of the department of education.
