During the second week of April, the NEET admit cards were likely to be rolled out. On 6th May at 10 am sharp, the NEET exams were scheduled. So, now, according to Central Board of Secondary Education sources, the admit cards are set to get released on Wednesday, the 18th of April 2018.
Furthermore, CBSE sources also state that they could not finish off works to test the admit card site because of holidays on Saturday which was Gazetted holiday due to Ambedkar Jayanti. These testing works and the following procedures and then on Tuesday, the admit cards shall be released, said an officer from CBSE.
Official confirmation is however awaited still.
NEET what is it? It is an entrance exam where students aspiring to take up medical courses like MBBS, Dental course or PG course in private or government colleges in India appear.
Admit cards students can download the admit cards from the Boards official site. The admit card contains details of exams and other required instructions. Follow the below procedures for the same
- Click on www.cbseneet.nic.in
- Enter your registered mail id and provide the password
- There will be an activated link you find there for admit card download. Click on it.
- Obtain a print copy of the admit card
Remember, the admit cards can only be sent through post. The admit card copy will also be mailed to the respective candidate through email in the registered mail id.
This admit card will contain name of the candidate along with his photograph, roll number, fathers name, his or her category and sub-category and the signature and DOB, and preferred language. Further, the exam centre with its name and address will also be added to it.
It is also important for the medical aspirants to check whether the details provided in the admit card are right.
