The news that IRCTC rail connect mobile application could be used to book cabs has been spoken in high esteem by many now.

It is now clear that passengers travelling by trains could use the IRCTC rail connect mobile app to book cabs and from Monday 19th of March 2018 onwards this rail connect mobile app launched by IRCTC or Indian Railway Catering Tourism Corporation has been given the additional facility for booking cabs. For this purpose IRCTC has joined hands with popular OLA cabs and many people could be benefitted by this.

A person who wants to book cabs using this app must first log on to this app. Then he/she must click on the services present in the home page and cab booking is chosen.

People living in the 102 cities in India plus those in all major cities belonging to the state of Tamil Nadu would be highly benefitted highly now.

Depending upon the arrival and departure of the trains the passengers would be able to book travel 7 days in advance and that is superb.

According to the official sources it is now said that doorstep connectivity through mobile app is possible now for the passengers. The official also spoke about how cab travel fares would remain the same as travel booked by means of OLA cab.

For booking the general reservation tickets between 8 am and 12 pm, IRCTC introduced an Android mobile app in October in the year 2014. Then in December in the year 2016 this above mentioned app was upgraded and re-launched.
