Cold Water swimming replacing the Painkillers

According to the new research carried out in London’s BMJ journal, a cold water shower will reduce the post-operative pain and as a great alternative for the painkillers that create deadly side effects.

Many research outcomes all around the World suggest the possible ill effects of using painkillers ranging from kidney dysfunction to impotency. Now the new study provides an organic replacement for this, as the cold shower brought down the pain producing nerves intensity through the relaxation of the nervous system.

This study was triggered from an incident of an endoscopic surgery done on a 28 year old man for curing his face flushing. The surgery entailed cutting the nerves inside his chest triggering the facial flushing. The surgery was successfully executed and the concerned person is a swimming athlete.

After bearing 10 weeks of post-surgical pain he opted out from his useless pain killers. He took a decision instinctively to swim on a cold water. To his surprise, he was relieved from the pain immediately, followed by the regular swimming schedule he was completely recovered from the pain.

The case was taken into account by the Doctors and was further tested for determining a result oriented with a cold water swimming. Researchers explain this case that it would have offered a shock for the sympathetic nervous system relieving the person from the pain through altered consciousness.

The formal concept concerned with this case largely go off the map of English medicine and so the world wide conclusion may take several years that involves big Pharmaceutical involvement. But the livelihood on the cold water and the organic distribution of the life particles from the cold water to the body makes the wonder is no way a surprise for those who believe in nature.
