TNPSC - Group-1 Main exam on 13th October

Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has announced that the Main Examination for the Group-1 category is scheduled to be conducted on 13th October.
Costly items and cell phones will not be allowed to be taken to the examination hall.
TNPSC conducted the Preliminary Examination on 19th February for the above Group-1 category posts including vacancies of Assistant Collectors (22), Assistant Supervisor Police (34), Assistant Commissioner – Commerce Department (8), District Registrar (1), District Job Opportunity Officer (1), District Officer for firefighting and other rescue operations (8) , for a total of 85 posts .
137855 candidates wrote the examination. 4602 candidates were selected to write the Main Examination.
The Main Examinations is scheduled to be conducted on 13th, 14th, and 15th October from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM at the TNPSC Chennai Examination Centre.
