Offers on loans ahead of festive season

As Ganesh Chathurthi is round the corner, borrowers can make the most of the situation as many banks have come forward with numerous deals under festival season bonanza. Take a look at some of the offers below:
Home loan:
Banks offer a number of deals on home loans. Axis Bank is giving a waiver of 12 EMIs towards housing loan up to Rs 30 lakh under Shubh Aarambh Home Loans. At the end of 4th, 8th and 12th years of the housing loan, the EMIs will be waived off for borrowers who promptly pay their EMIs. This is applicable only to first time borrowers, though. Even one missed EMI payment will take you out of track from this offer.
Car loans:
Do not be bothered about the processing fee towards buying a new car. While the State Bank of India has disappointed the customers by bringing down the saving interest rate, it has on the other hand, excited the customers by 100 percent waive off of car loan processing fee. Until 31st December, this 100 percent waive off will be applicable. Further, the processing and documentation fee towards car loans will be waived off by Punjab National Bank till end of September.
Gold loans:
It is now possible to get loan against gold ornaments at much lesser processing fee. About 50 percent of processing fee towards personal gold loan is waived off. This will be offered till 31st October 2017.
Personal loans:
For urgent requirements of money, banks have come up with easy options. SBI has cut down its processing charge on its Xpress Credit – a kind of personal loan until 30th September 2017. Likewise, there is instant credit card facility initiated by ICICI bank with which customers can shop online in a jiffy.
