TN to get exempted from NEET this year

On behalf of Tamil Nadu, an emergency law draft is submitted to the Ministry of Home Affairs so as to obtain exemption from NEET examination for the state.
There are reports stating that the Ministry has accepted the draft and that the state of Tamil Nadu is exempted from NEET examination this year.
Amidst these, a case regarding NEET examination had come for hearing with the Chennai High Court today. During the hearing, the lawyer who appeared on behalf of the centre said the final call in this regard will be announced in one or two days.
The emergency law draft is awaiting to reach the president. He further stated that the draft is sent to the central department of health, department of law, and human resource development department. While this case is pending for hearing, announcement by the government has now got released in this NEET regard.
