The latest hi-tech robot in Chennai Express Avenue Mall

A robot has been introduced to help the customers for the first time ever in India in the Chennai Express Avenue Mall Complex at Royapettah.
The robot is named EA BOT. The robot is 5 inch tall. It has a 22 inch touch-screen. It has been manufactured at a cost of Rs. 90 Lakhs. It is now allowed to roam about in the Express Avenue Mall Complex, Royapettah, Chennai.
The robot approaches the customer, introduces itself and is prepared for any help. It takes the customers to the shop where their preferred item is sold. It also shows the shops with discount offers. It is entirely automatic.
The boundaries of its movements are clearly defined.
