The names of the winners of 64th National Film Awards are being announced today at the National Media Centre in New Delhi on Friday, April 7.

- Best Cinematography: 24 The movie
- Best Singer (Male): Joker
- Best Hindi Movie: Neerja
- Best Actor: Akshay Kumar for Rustom
- Best Actress: Surabhi for Minnaminungu
- Best Supporting Actress: Zaira Wasim for Dangal
- Best Female Playback Singer: Emaan Chakraborty for Tumi Jaake Bhalobasho from film Praktan
- Best Male Playback Singer: Sundara Iyer for Tamil film Joker.
- Best Director: Rajesh Mapuska - Marathi film Ventilator
