Public holiday on 12th April in R.K Nagar constituency

The local areas in the R.K Nagar assembly constituency have been given a public holiday on 12th April on account of the by-election being conducted on the day.
For the individuals who are in the voters list for this constituency who are residing in other districts, the government has given holiday with wages.
The press release by the Tamil Nadu Chief Secretary Girija Vaidyanathan informs that this is being issued as per the orders of the governor.
