Researchers from the University of Sydney, Australia have observed 12 percent reduction in stress levels by eating 3 to 4 daily servings of vegetables, as compared to those who had just one serving or no veggie intake at all. Those who ate 5 to 7 servings of veggies and fruits had 14 percent lesser risk of stress as compared to those who had nil to 4 servings every day.
