Valentines day special: Stamps emitting rose fragrance introduced by postal department

On the occasion of Valentine Day’s celebration, the Indian Postal Department has introduced stamp which emits rose fragrance under the My Stamp Scheme.
Few years ago the Indian Postal Department has introduced a scheme called My Stamp Scheme. Under this scheme the sender would be able to paste any picture of his or her choice on the post.
This time the postal department has introduced stamps emitting rose fragrance with a place left on it for a picture of your choice in order to make the occasion memorable.
Pre-booking for this scheme has already started in Kovai postal zone wherein the interested person would have to fill a form with a picture that he wants on the stamp for a fee of Rs 500.
