Online submission of planning permission to be launched by CMDA

Housing and urban development secretary Dharmendra Pratap Yadav during the inauguration of a three day property exhibition, FAIRPRO 2017 organized by the Chennai chapter of Confederation of Real Estate Developers` Associations of India mentioned that very soon applicants can seek approval for planning permission from Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority through online.
As of now, drawing plans must be filed through online, while essential documents including patta and no objection certificate (NOC) from various government agencies should be provided manually.
