Rains expected in Tamil Nadu

Regional Meteorological Centre has mentioned that there are chances of rains in Tamil Nadu since the trough of low pressure at mean sea level lies over Sumatra coast and adjoining South Andaman Sea has now developed into a depression.
Regional Meteorological department, Chennai has mentioned: Cyclonic circulation is persisting over south Andaman Sea and adjoining Bay of Bengal. This happens to be a strong weather system which is most likely to intensify into a well-marked low pressure system soon. It is likely to give heavy rains over Tamil Nadu.
