Veteran director Mithra Dass passes away

103 Year Veteran director Antony Mithra Dass passed away in Chennai yesterday. Mithra Dass was born in Madurai, he graduated from the American College there and later shifted to Chennai and directed films in Tamil, Malayalam and Sinhalese.
He was famous for directing Tamil cinema’s first superstars P. U. Chinnappa in Dayalan and Thiagaraja Bhagavathar in Sivagami.
