Robots are liable to tax, says Bill Gates

Posted on: 20/Feb/2017 7:07:03 PM
The Founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates known to the world as the richest man in the universe has stated that robots are largely replacing human workers and they are not even bound to pay income tax.

Of course, taxes on automation will be there. As of now, for instance, if a human worker works for 50,000 dollars in a factory, he will be bound to pay income tax, social security tax and so on. When a robot is introduced to replace his place, the robot will also be taxed in the same level.

It is really worrisome to know that people fear of innovations than feeling excited and welcoming. This clearly indicates that they will not shape up the positivity of things. Only taxation can mark an end to this issue. Instead of depending on businesses, the government should turn their heads towards such programs so as to provide jobs to people from poor income category.

You are certainly not moving ahead when you can replace a labor who has thus far been doing the automation process with a robot, says Bill Gates who is also adept in artificial intelligence technology.
