JioPhone bookings to get open today at 05.30 p.m.

The much anticipated Reliance Jio 4G feature phone is here. Pre-bookings for this JioPhone is set to commence today ta 05.30 p.m. where buyers need to pay Rs 500 per piece as initial deposit. During the early week of September, the customers can collect the phones from retail stores.
It is easy to book the phone. You can do it either online or through an SMS sent to Reliance Jio or via Jio mobile app or Jio official site which is jio.com.
How to book online?
To book your phone, visit Jio website and click on ‘Keep me posted’. There will be a pop-up asking you to Register Interest where buyers should enter details of name, contact number, and contact mail id. It is also possible to place orders through MyJio app.
How to book offline?
For offline orders, send a simple text message. This should be in the following format
JB <> pin code of your area <> Jio store code in your area
This SMS should be sent to 702 11 702 11. Once sent, you will receive a Thank you message in response, thus confirming buyer’s interest.
For pre-orders JioPhone, Rs 500 should be paid and this amount shall be adjusted with the Rs 1,500 deposit while delivering the phone. As a step to possible misuse of the product, Reliance Jio had earlier announced about this one-time security deposit. When user returns the phone after 3 years of usage, this deposit amount will be refunded.
