BSNL - decision to cancel the free voice call concession on landline

BSNL is currently providing a concession of unlimited free voice calls on Sundays to the customers on landlines. However, BSNL has now announced that it is set to withdraw this concession from 1st February.
It has been announced that this withdrawal will be valid for the existing landline holders, fresh connections, and the broadband users through the landline. BSNL has 12 million customers on the landline.
BSNL had already announced a change in the free calls timings between 9.00 PM and 7.00 AM on the landlines to 10.30 PM and 6.00 AM. The customers were rather disappointed.
In this situation, BSNL has now announced the withdrawal of the unlimited voice calls on landlines from 1st February. This has upset the existing customers even more.
