Dry weather to persist in Tamil Nadu

Presently, there is no low-pressure zones or any depression areas in the Bay of Bengal region. Some rains in the winter season were expected. However, there were no symptoms for any rains in the winter.
So, dry weather is likely to persist for the next 4 days in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
In the last 24 hours at the end of Thursday, no rains were recorded. However, there may be snowfall in the interior Tamil Nadu in the early mornings over the next 2 days.
The Chennai Metro City will remain somewhat cloudy.
