Reasons for itchy scalp may range from dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infection, improper diet, improper haircare or overdoing haircare, parasitic conditions, etc. To avoid these problems, you will have to maintain proper haircare routine. Keep washing your hair regularly
Make use of mild shampoo to wash your hair. There are lots of impurities and chemicals in rainwater. So, keep washing the hair often using gentle and light shampoo.

Keep it dry
Remember that dampness in hair can damage it and cause breakage and itchy scalp. Make sure to keep the hair dry with bath towel. During rainy season, there is soar in hair loss. So, you need to be ardent about drying your hair during rainy season.
 
Natural drying of hair is recommended than using hair dryers. Even during wet season, it is better to refrain from using hair dryers, as it can damage your hair. Rather than maintaining or making stronger, the hot air from dryer will damage your hair.
