Deadlines for linking Aadhar cards for different purposes

A series of announcements are being released regarding the linking Aadhar cards with other resources. The deadlines for the link are also announced. It has been emphasised that these requirements are for several public benefits.
Banks Savings Account: The central government has declared that it is essential to link the Aadhar card with the Bank Savings Account to facilitate assessment of the Income Tax. The deadline for this is 31st December.
PAN card: Similarly, the central government has announced the deadline for linking Aadhar card with PAN card as 31st December. The deadline fixed earlier was 5th August and it was extended later until 31st December.
Mobile SIM card: It is also announced that the Aadhar card must be linked to the mobile phone. So, it is mandatory to give Aadhar card details while buying new SIM cards. The deadline for this is February 2018.
Social Welfare schemes: In order to avail the benefits of the social welfare schemes offered by the government, it is mandatory to give Aadhar card details. The deadline for this is set at 31st December.
Pension, LPG cooking gas subsidy: It has been announced that Aadhar card is mandatory to get pensions and the subsidy on LPG cooking gas. The deadline for this is 31st December.
