With new iPhone launches, Apple slashed down rates of old models

After launching the new iPhone models including iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X, there is a slash in price announced for earlier iPhone models in the US and India. The price of 4 of the old iPhone models are now slashed down. These four models are iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
The iPhone 6s comes with 2 storage variants that are 32GB and 128 GB. The launch price of these phones are Rs 46,900 and Rs 55,900 respectively. These are now cut in price by Rs 6,999 and sold for Rs 40,000 and Rs 49,000 respectively.
The price of iPhone 6s Plus 32 GB and 128 GB variants were originally sold for Rs 56,100 and Rs 65,000. These are now to be sold for Rs 49,000 and Rs 58,000 respectively.
Coming on to the 32 GB iPhone 7 sold for Rs 56,200, the price is now slashed down to Rs 49,000. In the 128 GB variant, the original price is Rs 65,200 and the same is now available for Rs 58,000 including the price cut.
The 32GB iPhone 7 Plus has seen a price cut of Rs 8,300 and its rate is brought down from Rs 67,300 to Rs 59,000. The 128GB smartphone is hence sold for Rs 68,000 following the slash in price of Rs 8,200 to its original rate of Rs 76,200.
