Madurai High Court bars release of NEET result release

The Madurai High Court has issued an interim ban order from releasing the results of the recently held NEET.
Sakthi Malarkodi, from Trichy, had filed a petition regarding this in the Madurai High Court.
The petitioner mentioned that the question papers for NEET were not uniform and the same. So different sets of answers were required for some of the questions. On this basis, NEET cannot be considered as the basis to test the candidates.
The judges who conducted the enquiry imposed an interim ban on the release of NEET results.
They have also ordered that the issues raised in the petition must be answered (Before 7th June) by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and the Secretary of Medical Council, department of health,
