The director for school education, S. Kannappan, has issued an order that all schools must refrain totally from conducting any summer special coaching classes this year, especially the intensity of summer heat is already high this year and expected to be even more scorching in the coming months.

A brief on the circular sent by him to the district primary education officers and district education officers:

The Indian weather bureau has informed that there will be hot breeze blow. Considering this warning from the weather forecast and also the appeals from the parents of the students, the state minister for school education has announced that the annual examinations in all cadres of schools (government schools, government-aided schools, private schools, matriculation schools, CBSE schools, and other department schools) will be advanced and conducted earlier and the summer vacation will start from today (Friday, 21st April).

So, all the Primary education officers must take all necessary action and also, considering the aspect of the good health of the students in mind, all types of schools must totally refrain from conducting any special coaching classes during this summer.
