WhatsApp launches video calling in testing phase

WhatsApp has introduced video calling facility on the mobile app in testing phase, while it already has voice calling functional and widely in use.
WhatsApp is a mobile app that gained incredible popularity within very short time span. It has users from across the world. The mobile app extends free texting and voice calling facility on Android, iOS and Windows smartphones. Furthermore, it is also possible to share pictures, videos, audio and documents. Though WhatsApp had voice calling feature in it, the app lagged without video calling facility which seemed to be its drawback.
Meeting the expectation of all its users, WhatsApp has now introduced video calling facility on its mobile app. This is now launched in testing phase and currently available only for Windows smartphones. If this turns a success, the facility will get expanded to other operating systems as well.
