Anand L Rai and Dhanush will be producing the Tamil remake of the super emotional Hindi film Nil Battey Sannata. Nil Battey Sannata is an inspiring film that tells the tale of a single mother battling to ensure that her daughter has every opportunity in life. The Tamil remake will have Amala Paul and Revathi in lead roles. Shooting for the Tamil remake is likely to kick start by early 2016 and Ashwini Iyer, who made the original, will also be directing the film in Tamil.
