Expanding Metropolis property fair at Chennai Trade Centre

A property fair - Expanding Metropolis is being organized by The New Indian Express and Bank of Baroda on August 29 and 30 at the Chennai Trade Center, for the 6th year in succession. Reputed promoters, builders and developers from the city will be participating to offer their projects - apartments, villas, independent houses and plots.
A visitor gains a chance to win a gold coin every 2 hours. Bank of Baroda will offer home loans at lowest interest rate of 9.9% for all tenures and amounts without processing and pre-payment charges. Entry to the event is free and the timings are from 10.30 am to 8.30 pm.
