Most persons in their 40`s will find it rather difficult to read smaller letters in newspapers & magazines.

It is the same difficulty for those using smartphones as well. However, some simple exercises for the eyes, if undertaken, will provide some relief:

Even if this exercise is done for a few minutes, a great degree of improvement can be physically observed.

Just as the body requires regular movements to keep fit, if eyes are also given regular exercises with some movements which enable better and higher blood circulation to the eyes, there are bright prospects to avoid the necessity to wear spectacles (as applied to persons using reading glasses).

Making the 2 eyes look at the tip of the nose can be the starting exercise. The next exercise will be to point the eyes towards the centre of the forehead.

It is advisable to learn to do these exercises in a slow manner. It should never be done fast.

After the above 2 exercises, moving the eyes sideways to the left or right - as if blinking – can be taken up.

If these exercises for the eyes are regularly undertaken on a daily basis without fail, it will facilitate reading without the need to wear spectacles.

Hey! What are you waiting for?? Come! Start doing it to derive & enjoy the maximum benefit.
