BSNL offers ‘Money-bag’ scheme!!

BSNL introduced a new scheme for saving money for those without any bank savings account yesterday (Friday, 3rd July).
The scheme will be initially introduced in Delhi and then Andhra.
BSNL has announced that customers can deposit money and have it credited to the mobile money-bag account in 1000 outlets in Andhra.
BSNL has planned to open 45000 outlets in Andhra.
Money transactions up to Rs. 2 Lakhs can be carried out in the mobile money-bag account.
There is a facility to transfer money to any savings account in any bank. Also, cash can be withdrawn from the mobile money-bag account from any bank branch or BSNL outlet.
CEO of PYRO Networks, the company jointly operating with BSNL, informed that 1% service charges will be taken for each transaction.
No charges will be levied for other services. There is a facility for daily cash withdrawal of Rs. 500/-.
Mr. Reddy also informed that this facility is set to be introduced shortly in the states of Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.
