What to do and not to before and after your dinner?

We call either the evening meal or night meal a dinner. While in some cultures the dinner is considered important, few others consider the breakfast to be so. Let the difference prevail. Here are things that you need to do and not to do before and after your dinner every day.
 
Sitting for a dinner has in fact got so boredom. We anyway prefer going for a dinner party where we can have fun and enjoy delicacies at a junk food corner. Your activities before and after dinner are equally important.
 
First of all, while eating, you need to focus only on eating and not on your TV or smartphone. When you eat mindfully, the process of digestion taking place inside your body will become easy. And of course, when you choose to eat naturally available food items, you can avoid many possible health troubles. And more importantly, do not ever go to bed immediately after finishing your dinner.

Drink warm water - Drink a glass of warm water before half an hour of your dinner time. This will help in proper digestion of food and also reduce your temptation to eat more

A gap between dinner and bedtime - it is always advisable to leave a gap of 2 hours between your dinner time and bedtime. You may choose to finish your household works after dinner, to match the time gap before sleep. Sleeping immediately after dinner may increase the likeliness of acid reflux and may also prevent digestion

Brush your teeth - after your dinner, before your bedtime, make it a practice to definitely brush your teeth. This practice will maintain your oral hygiene really well

Avoid fruits – consuming fruits after dinner may interrupt your sleeping pattern. Hence, few sources say this has to be avoided

Go for a slow walk - you may walk around your terrace for about ten or twenty minutes. You can walk slowly. This can help in digestion and prevent accumulation of fat

No bathing - after dinner, do not ever take bath. This will hugely affect the process of digestion. If this is really necessary, take a shower after half an hour of having your dinner
